simmering in separate batches according to their regional sources and brought
to market within 3-weeks of harvesting ensuring the freshness of the sap, the
floral aroma of Kithul and its unique flavour is retained in every jar that you
buy. Tested periodically at ITI LABS to ensure its PURITY, GLYCEMIC INDEX and
NUTRITION are maintained throughout from field to fork. Our Kithul Treacle and
Jaggery are hand-made by artisans to exact traditional methods and produced
in limited quantities with sap obtained from wild harvests. It has been
referred to as a connoisseur’s culinary experience by none other than high-end
restaurants.
Bottled in 3 sizes of glass jars to suit the preference and
